I am so full!

I love little hometown diner places. There is one about 10 miles from here in Hurley, MO that makes the best pies. The food is mediocre, but the pies are the best. I ate too much though, so I'm sitting here trying to sit tall and get that food to digest.

I have started taking my vitamins again on a regular basis and I can already feel a difference. I know my digestive tract is working pretty good. The Florify is a wonderful addition to the Daily 4 Life. It has all the good probiotics that keep things moving and trust me things are moving. Maybe a little TMI there, but it's true.

I work a double tomorrow, I've got a bar training shift in the day and then a serving shift at night, so I might not get on to post, but I'm not scheduled to close, so I might get home in time, we'll see.

I'm glad that I'm seeing others reading my posts now. It's fun to meet new people and share yourself with them and learn about them also. So Hi to my new friends.
