New Restaurant Review

A new restaurant opened in Nixa today, so we had to go try it out. It's called The Lazy Susan they say to come in and enjoy an all you can eat experience. Well, I could've eaten more, but I didn't want to.

I understand it was the first night they were open. The service was not bad. Our server Monica was pretty good, she is new to the waitressing industry, but she did good. I saw that a lot of the staff is young. The restaurant looks like they are trying to be cool and hip, but the design of the restaurant is strange and not very well insulated you could hear everything, from plates banging to voices to silverware clanking, it was a very loud place for being a small place. The capacity was only 110 people.

Now to the food. They start you out with dinner rolls. Ours were fresh out of the oven and they were delicious. Now to get to the Lazy Susan concept. They serve the meals family style. Every table has a lazy susan in the middle of the table and they bring out dishes of food and everyone shares. The food was bland and just not that great. So we won't be back, unless we find out they have improved on the recipes.
