How can it be September already?
Where is this year going? I need to start getting Halloween stuff together and then omg, Christmas. I did buy a present for Samantha the other day, it was a pair of Land's End tennis shoes at Sear's. I picked them up because they were on clearance for $10, and then they rang up at $5. I love a bargain!!!!!
I know I said I was going to post yesterday, but I ended up working a double yesterday because on of the bartenders had to work his other job. I am so glad I did. It was really slow, but it was the first day of smoking being allowed back at the bar. So I had a rail full of guests and they tipped well for what they drank. I made double during the day than I did last night. That's ok, it's going in the bank anyway to pay bills.
Samantha is loving school, she's always been a good school kid. She is doing addition flash cards. She's still reading like a genius. But hey, how can I be impartial. She's my genius. LOL
I need to get a new battery for my digital camera, I left it on and it died. So that is why I didn't participate in HNT, I will next week though, I promise.
I worked out today and added that to my weight loss journey. I haven't weighed today and probably won't until Monday.
Kelly, I know you are reading this, I haven't forgot about you. I need to hook up my printer and send in our registration for the Croptober thingie. Love you!!!!
Okay, I'm on my way to the shower, and then it's off to finish laundry, pack Samantha for the weekend and cleaning up a little.
