I've been slacking
I've kind of been lacking on my bloggin posting. I know that I am holding on longer to doing this blog than I've ever kept any journal going. I've been doing more blogging on my weight loss journey.
It's been easier for me to just goof around on here with HNT and SPF. Even though I seem to be having trouble getting my SPF to go easy. I've been trying since last night to post this weeks pictures and it's just not working well. I think it may have to do with stinkin dial up. One of the downsides of living out in the boonies.
Life is actually going really well for me. I'm enjoying my job. I know that I really need to tell more people about Melaleuca and I'm falling behind on that.
Samantha is doing very good. She loves school and is now an Independent reader. She and another kid in her class were the first ones to reach that level. They both did it today. She is a girl scout this year. She came home and asked if she could and I was so happy. We went to her first meeting this week. She's a Brownie. It sounds like they have a good sized group here and they are very active.
I need to call my friend Kelly, I've been slacking in that department lately. I know you are reading this, so expect a call from me this weekend. I work tonight and tomorrow night and a double on Sunday, so it's going to have to be tomorrow sometime.
We have company in for the week. My uncle David from Amarillo is here. So he and mom have been out hitting the antique stores for 2 days now. They want to go out dancing this weekend, but I don't see how I can go with them. We thought Samantha's dad would come and get her this weekend, but he doesn't graduate from Drill Sergeant school until next Friday.
I'm so excited about the new Fall TV Lineup, but I am already falling way behind on my TIVO viewing. Some new shows I'm interested in are: Criminal Minds and My Name is Earl. Some of my old favorites are back, including the Apprentice, Survivor, Joey, CHARMED!!!!! I think I watch too much TV. Did anyone watch the King of Queens this week with the pole dancing. I thought I was going to pee my pants, I was laughing so hard when Doug was doing it. Especially when he pulled his big butt up there and was upside down. Dr. Phil and Oprah are all new now and they both have nice new sets.
I'm recording all of the Will and Grace's on Lifetime and putting them on DVD. They just started from the beginning this week.
Well, I just looked at the clock and I need to bolt. Hope this caught up on my life for a little bit.
