Sorry, I've been missing in action on this blog

I hope everyone had a good labor day weekend. I labored of course. I worked all weekend, but I did have the house to myself. Samantha was in Arkansas at her other grandparent's house. Mom was camping with my uncle and other friends.

I've kept up on my exercising and eating. You can read it on my other blog.

I haven't written anything about the tragedy that is going on in the south right now before this because I just didn't know what to say. It's horrific. My cousin Amanda moved down to New Orleans in the last year. She was able to get out in time. She left Friday before it hit with her laptop, her dogs, jewelry and her money. She's up in Ft. Worth, luckily her house there hadn't sold yet, so she had a place to go.

I've been reading more blogs than posting. I've also been not commenting on all of the blogs I read, so I need to apologize. Greekchickie mentioned something about it be blog stalking, I hope that's not what I've been doing. I don't want to be creepy. So I'm going to make it a point of commenting on other's blogs.

I just turned on Oprah today and she is broadcasting from the Houston Astrodome. It just started, but I've already go goosebumps.

I have to leave for work in 15 minutes, so I better close up here and get ready to go.
